Classroom Matrix; Judge Your Class and Faculty

This matrix describes the various situations in a class.

E.g.

If Professor/Teacher's authoritative control would be Low....
and Students are unable to understand (Low) what is he/she teaching....

That would be like "CHAOS IN CLASS"..!!!
and class would be out of control...
.................................................................

If Professor/Teacher's control is on high(er) side.....
and Students are unable to understand (Low)......

That would give "STUDENT DISSATISFACTION"...!!!
and will leave many questions unanswered....
.................................................................

If Professor/Teacher's control is low........
and Student understanding is on high side.....

That would be a "REASONABLY GOING CLASS"...!!!
Students will automatically behave well (Sympathy would be there)...
.................................................................

If Professor/Teacher's control is high......
and at the same time..student understanding (subject) is also high...

That would be a "PERFECTLY GOING CLASS".........
and there is no problem in this situation...All izz well...
.................................................................

NOW THIS IS OPEN FOR YOUR SUGGESTIONS.....KINDLY CONTRIBUTE..!!!

Mental State Matrix; A Model by Ashish Jagetia...Dil Se.!!!

Note: These all states are .....like behaviour (e.g. Childish/Inexperienced like behaviour)...not permanent but changing as per the external situations.

Kindly put yourself into it and give your valuable comments..(Press ctrl+ to zoom)...!!!Cheers!!!

Introduction:

To define any behavior in the form of a matrix it is very necessary to choose the words of different meaning or in other way we can say that their meaning should have a gap so that it avoids confusion upto a great extent.

As… it is a model of anybody’s mental state, it would definitely make you people think about yourself.

Understanding of the terms used:

Level of patience: Capacity of waiting, ability to endure delay without being annoyed

E.g. If it is low you are not able to endure delay, your capacity of waiting is very less and vice versa.

Level of worry/uncertainty: This depends on the “Personal Understanding about external situations”

E.g.If it is low, you always think of certainty and less worried about anything. It is personal understanding

Objective:

To enable people to track their mental state with the help of this matrix
……………………. to define their mood and behavior
……………………. to rectify their current mental state by taking it as a guide

Methodology:

Designing a frame work and then interviewing people of various age groups

Findings:

Many people are uncertain about the existence of situation like low patience and low level of worry in same time but they were satisfied with the answer that when you have a lot of back support you behave childish being in the state of low patience and often you commit mistakes.

Otherwise all the findings are defined by matrix itself.

Appeal:

For further findings, I would like to invite your comments. Kindly give some time to your thought process to analyse yourself by putting into each and every section of this matrix.

Acknowledgement:

I thank Prof. Arpit Paliwal and all my dear friends (Vinod Purohit, Jagrat Sanadhya, Dilpreet, Naresh Kewaliya, Abhishek Soni) for their kind support and suggestions.
